Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
Is the markbook included in every plan?
For individual teachers, the markbook, analysis tools and reports are part of the Premium plan — Standard covers planning, live lessons, homework and seating plans. Institutions get a bespoke, per-teacher package built through a short consultation: choose Teaching, Seating and/or Tracker (homework, markbooks & reporting), with the Admin essentials free with any module. Cover is coming soon. Get in touch for institutional pricing.
What happens after my free trial ends?
Your account will be paused, but your data remains safe. You can reactivate anytime by choosing a paid plan. Accounts left inactive for 1 year will have their data removed.
Do you offer discounts for multi-year commitments?
Yes! School plans include significant discounts for 2-year and 3-year commitments. Contact our sales team for custom pricing.
